Edward Joseph Webb

He received his high school diploma from West End High School and an Industrial Engineering Degree from University of Alabama. Edward served his country by first joining the Navy and then the Air Force where he retired as Lt. Col. For most of his career, he worked as a Real Estate Investor and for US Steel. He was very passionate about travelling the world.

Edward was preceded in death by his parents, Clinton L. Webb and Elizabeth F. Webb, his brother, Clyde Louis Webb (Norma), his sister, Beatrice Mitchell (Leo), and his nephew, Ricky Mitchell (Linda). He was survived by his nieces, Teresa Dezotell (Carl), Linda Lehman (Jeff), Lisa Blum (Ned), Leslie Bentley (Gilliam), Lori Smith (Jim), Betty Johnsey (Malcolm), and his nephew, David Webb (Lisa).

A visitation for Edward will be held Thursday, May 22, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Southern Heritage Funeral Home and Cemetery, 475 Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham, AL 35124. A Celebration of Life will follow at 11 AM. Interment will be at Southern Heritage Cemetery following the service.
