Elizabeth Louise Bogart

July 14, 1972 – Aug 14, 2015

Elizabeth went to be with her lord and savior on August 14, 2015. She is preceded in death by one child lost before birth; her brother, David Page Brown; her paternal grandfather Malvern Brown and her maternal grandparents Elmer and Lucille Page. She is survived by her husband Jeffery Curtis Bogart; two children, Stephen Wright Bogart (7) and Stella Carlyle Bogart (3); her parents, Malvern and Esther Brown; her sister, Sarah Grace Brown; her brother Jonathan Malvern Brown; her niece and nephew, Jasmine and Logan Brown; her grandmother, Delle Brown; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Stephen and Suzanne Bogart; her sister-in-law, Kristine Bogart, and many very close relatives and friends.

Early in her life, Elizabeth surrendered herself to follow Jesus and since then has lived a life of reaching out and caring for those around her. On December 1, 2001, Elizabeth married her husband, Jeff Bogart. Together, they nurtured their two children, Stephen Wright and Stella Carlyle; became involved in the ministry and lives of others in their church, Bluff Park United Methodist Church, and in the lives of her many friends and those she worked with at Synovus Mortgage and BBVA Compass. Elizabeth loved deeply. God is good all the time. All the time God is good.

Visitation will be on Thursday, August 20, 2015 from 6pm to 8pm at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home, Pelham, AL. A worship service to remember Elizabeth will be held on Friday, August 21, 2015 at 10am at Bluff Park United Methodist Church, Birmingham, AL, with a graveside service to follow.
