Mary Frances Scoggins, born April 20, 1938 to Hill and Tessar Milstead in Bessemer, died March 10, 2017. She was retired from Princeton Baptist Medical Center and Clark Memorials, Inc. She enjoyed spending time with her family and her beloved animals, and she also loved to read.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Frank C. Scoggins; and sons Frank A. and Danny L.
She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Donna (Frank); son, Benjamin C. (Patricia); son, Christopher L. (Cathy); and daughter-in-law, Cheryl (Danny); grandchildren, Brandy, David, Brent (Holly), Johnny (Chelsea), Alex, Matt, and Sam; and great-grandchildren, Kylie and Presley.
A Celebration of Frances' life will be held on Sunday, March 12, 2017 at 2:00 pm with visitation two hours prior at Southern Heritage Funeral Home. Her sons and grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
