Visitation will be on Monday, March 12, 2018 at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham, AL immediately after the 11 a.m. funeral service in the funeral home's chapel.
As a devout Christian, Hazel spent her life serving her Lord, Jesus Christ. She loved singing hymns to Him and was very good at it. She directed adult and children's church choirs, taught Sunday school classes, and thoroughly enjoyed every moment.
Hazel was predeceased by her husband, Eckley "Bud" Quiggle; her parents, Charles and Edith Robinson; one daughter, Andrea Jeanne Petras; and one brother, Charles "Chuck" Robinson.
Survivors include Hazel's two sons, Daniel C. Quiggle and Jeffrey Woods Quiggle (Micki); beloved older sister, Geri Sundell; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; Hazel's loving and dedicated caregiver, Micki Gooch Quiggle; and her best four-legged buddy, Penny.
Memorial gifts may be made to your local humane society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
