Tammy and Rock,
I'm so sorry we couldn't be there today. I'm more sorry we couldn't make it down earlier. I really wish our families were closer so we could spend more time together. Aunt Janet was the kindest person I've ever known and I think about her (and all of you guys) often. We love you all and miss you terribly.

Jan and John were our neighbors in Timber Park.  Such a dear, sweet couple!!  We missed them when they moved and still call the yellow house Jan and John's.   Love and prayers to the family!

Jan and my father, John Hebert, married over Memorial Day weekend in 1993.  I know that the last 20 years have been the best years of my father's life because of Jan and her love and care for him.  She was a terrific stepmom, and when my mother passed away in 2008, she was incredibly supportive and nurturing, just like a true mother would be.  She will be missed, and was beloved by all who knew her.

Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted. Matthew 5:4 (NIV) Janet will always be remembered for her strength and her gentleness...forever she will be felt in our hearts!

I am blessed to have been able to call Janet my friend.  She was a lovely, courageous lady.
