June Butscher Willey, age 93 returned to heaven on June 13, 2019. She was born in Washington, D.C. on August 11, 1925. Graduated from Fair Fax Hall Girls School, Vice President of Senior Class, Member of President Council and member of May Court. She married Douglas J. Willey on November 4, 1944. Her career was being a mother and help mate to her husband. After his death in 1982, she remained part owner in his businesses (Crown Automobile Companies). She was a philanthropist donating to many charities including wildlife and humane societies. She also served in Catholic sodalities, was a 40- year member and resident of Shoal Creek Country Club.
June played bridge, was an International Champion Ball Room Dancer, award winning dressage rider. Breeder of Australian Shepherds and Arabian horses, loved gardening, a big fan of Alabama football and International Tennis.
She is survived by her sons: Allen E. Willey (Dawn) and Ronald F. Willey (Kathryn) of Birmingham, AL; daughter: Linda W. Lowe (John) of Birmingham, AL; grandchildren, John Brian Willey of Austin, TX, Tiffany W. Haynes of Birmingham, AL, Marcy L. Beaupied of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; and five great-grandchildren.

Livingston Jr., her primary care physician. The Celebration of Life will be held at Southern Heritage Funeral Home on Saturday, June 22nd.
