Lowell B. Griffith

GRIFFITH, LOWELL B., passed away July 27, 2013 at the age of 49 after a year long battle with cancer. Lowell is survived by his loving wife, Rebecca Griffith; his parents, Mary and Donald Weaver of Elmore, AL; grandmother, Wilda Hyche of Cullman, AL; and his children, Courtney Myers and husband Brandon, Jordan Jones and husband Roger, Amber Jordan and husband Christopher, and Abigail Williams and Aaron Williams. Lowell is also survived by his sister, Doreen Carter and husband Michael of San Antonio, TX; sister, Nancy Griego and husband Steve of Albuquerque, NM; and brother, Darrek Weaver and wife Talleah of Millbrook, AL. Lowell has four beautiful grandchildren that he adored: Bella Noelle and Ryland Myers, and Madison and Emma Jordan; and nieces and nephews, Erica Carter Tejada and husband Daniel, and their children, Arianna, Michael, Kalea and Mia of San Antonio, Christopher and Nicole Torrez of Albuquerque and Mattie Weaver of Millbrook. He leaves behind his most faithful and loving companions, Callie Bug and William Drake. Anyone who knew Lowell knew that Callie and William Drake were his exceptionally spoiled and loved puppy and kitty.

Lowell was the kindest, most loving person you could ever meet. He loved everyone and never met a stranger. To know him was to love him. He was a mentor to many people in the automotive business. Lowell brought life, love and laughter everywhere he went. He touched so many lives over the years and will forever be in the hearts of many. While all who know him and love him will grieve and miss him, we will rejoice in the celebration that he is now present with His beloved Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

The memorial service will be at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home, 475 Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham, AL 35124 on Monday July 29, 2013 at 11:00 a.m., with visitation one hour prior.
