Maria L. Sousa, age 93, passed away peacefully on June the 11th. Maria was a resident of Birmingham for the last 25 years. She predeceased he husband Joaquim R. Sousa. She is survived by her son, Manny (Vicki) Sousa; granddaughter, Michelle Davie (Ashley) of Birmingham; grandson, Jeffrey Sousa; two great grandchildren, Kirstan Grace Davie and James Ashley Harrison Davie.
