Mary J. Vick, 61 of Birmingham, passed away on Thursday, December 3, 2015. MarywasfromWhite’s Chapel in Moody, AL. She was a strong, hard-working and independent lady. Mary was spiritual and full of faith, and authored the book, “God’s Prayer.” She was a loving wife and mother; her three sons meant everything to her. She will be greatly missed.
Mrs. Vick is preceded in death by her parents, Arthur “Buddy”Fulton Bosworth and Mary Jean Bosworth; and by her dear brother and paternal figure to her boys, Danny Bosworth. She is survived by her husband, Greg Vick; sons, Randy Wilkerson, Patrick Wilkerson (Barbara) and Justin Wilkerson; brother, Don Bosworth; grandchildren, C.J. Wilkerson, Isabella Ebersole and Allison Wilkerson; and nieces, Chris and Beth Bosworth.
The celebration of Mary’s life will be at 2pm on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham. The family will receive friends beginning at 1pm.
