Patricia Elizabeth (Phelps) Oslin, age 77, of Bessemer, AL passed away on September 24, 2020. She was born in Concord, New Hampshire on May 22, 1943. Patricia graduated from Hillsboro Deering Coop High School in 1961, and went on to receive her associates degree in Nursing from Troy State University in 1989.
She married the love of her life, Robert W. Oslin on November, 10, 1962. After 27 years as an Army wife she enjoyed being a emergency room nurse at St. Vincent's Hospital. Patricia was a member of The Emergency Nurses Association, and had a passion for children, her church and her loving family. She is preceded in death by her son, Robert Jr; sister, Mary lou Tuckwiller; parents, Elwin E. Phelps and Carrie M. Merrill. Patricia leaves behind her loving husband Robert Oslin; son, Gary; sisters, Melanie and Andrea; 4 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. Services for Mrs. Oslin will be announced at a later date.
