Visitation will be 1pm Sunday, February 3, 2019 at Southern Heritage in Pelham, AL. Funeral services will follow at 2pm. Private burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery.
Rose Mary was born in Newton Kansas to William G. and Juanita M. Block on Nov 5th, 1928. She married Forrest E. Chambers on Sept 12, 1948 in Wichita, Kansas. She worked as a Real Estate Agent and Trainer for more than 40 years, teaching and training thousands of real estate agents. She received numerous awards over the years and in 2005, the Birmingham News recognized her as the “Legend of Real Estate”.
Her husband, her parents and her daughter, Janet D. Gill, preceded Rose Mary in death.
She is survived by her Brother, William C.Block (Sharon); her children, Steven E. Chambers (Carla) and Teresa S. Chambers; and her Grandchildren, G. Forrest Chambers (Sydnie), Victoria F. Brown (Chris), Michael T. Gill (Jennifer), and Michele L.Gill.
Memorials may be given to the American Heart Association or the Alzheimer’s Association.
