Sabrina Jones Thomas

Sabrina Jones Thomas, age 61, passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2023. Sabrina was born in Birmingham, Alabama. She spent her early years in Montgomery, Alabama before moving back to Birmingham to attend Berry High School.

During high school, she was a member of the flag corp and was active in several church-connected singing groups. After graduation, she attended Samford University and began a career as a paralegal with Huie Fernambucq & Stewart, LLP. There, she met her future husband, D. Alan Thomas.

Sabrina is survived by her husband, Alan Thomas; three sons, David (Lauren) Thomas, Jackson (Kathryn) Thomas, and Jonathan (Hannah) Thomas; five grandchildren, Barrett, William, Caroline, Amelia, and Luke; and two siblings, Julie (Hobbs) Jones and Ron Jones.

Affectionately known as BeBe, Sabrina lived, loved, and served others in the manner of Christ. He was her anchor and hope throughout her life. We will miss you, BeBe!!

Visitation will be Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at 12 noon at The Chapel at Church of the Highlands Grants Mill Campus (4700 Highlands Way Birmingham, AL 35210), followed by a celebration of life service at 1 p.m.
