CAIN, SHAUN GREGORY, age 33, of Bessemer, Alabama, passed away November 6, 2013. Shaun was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on New Years Eve. At a very early age he developed a love for race cars and began racing go-karts at 12 years old. After grade school he attended Saint Stanislaus boarding school until the family moved to Shelby County, Alabama, where he attended Pelham High School. Shaun is the beloved son of Greg and Paula Cain and the loving father of Gage Cain. Survivors also include Shaun's wife, Jessica McCall Cain; two sisters, Lynn Cain and Brandi Cudd; grandmother, Carrie Lanford; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Visitation will be one hour before the 7 p.m. Celebration of Shaun's Life on Sunday, November 10, 2013 at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham, Alabama. Memorial gifts may be made to the National Psoriasis Foundation or charities for suicide prevention.
