She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Rosemary Atchison and her husband Sam Guarino. She is survived by her three children, Joe of Humble, Texas, Leigh Ann (Kevin) of Falkville, and Michael of Montevallo. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 15 great grand children and a host of Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. The family would like to thank Summerford Health and Rehab and Enhabit Home Health & Hospice of Cullman for the excellent care she received during her final weeks.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 9, 2025 from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm with a service to follow in the Chapel at Southern Heritage Funeral Home. In her honor the family requests please come dressed casual.
