CENTER POINT – Funeral Service for James R. Conner, age 76, will be Monday, November 6 at 7:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Kilgroe Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Monday from 6 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Graveside Service will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 7 at the Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo.
Mr. Conner passed away Thursday, November 2, 2017. He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Elizabeth Conner; brothers, William Conner, II, Thomas Conner; oldest son, James Russell Conner, II.
He is survived by his wife, Carol Conner; sons, Timothy (Shirley) Conner, Kyle (Jessica) Conner; grandchildren, Papa’s shadows, Jackson Layne Conner, Paxton Russell Conner; sisters, Patricia (Gerry) Sullivan, Elizabeth (Carl) Anderson, Judy Persch.
