Janette Goodgame Beavers

Janette was the third youngest of 14 siblings and was the last living sibling of all of her brothers and sisters. She was a longtime member of Cropwell Baptist Church, loved decorating and making floral arrangements for many special occasions.

Janette is survived by her daughters, Lori Riley (Tim) and Sharon Thomas ( Greg); grandchildren, George Hardy ( Joan), Anna Weaver ( Wayne), Jacob Riley, Jessica Riley Douglas (Jeremy), Shannon Young, and Nikki Young; great-grandchildren, Katelyn Duck, Andrew Hardy, Mackenzie Sherrin, Alex Duck, and Emily Duck; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and many nephews and nieces.

Janette was preceded in death by her daughter, Susan Beavers Ware; husband, George E “Sonny” Beavers; parents, James Floyd and Willie Anges Goodgame; 13 siblings.

A visitation will be 11:00 am to 12:00 pm Thursday, March 19, 2026 at Kilgroe Funeral Home. A celebration of life funeral service will be at 12:00 pm Thursday, March 19, 2026 at Kilgroe Funeral Home. Burial will be at Valley Hill Memorial Cemetery.
