Joree Barnett Bryant Vance

Joree is survived by her children: Steve Brewer (Chris), Lamar Brewer (Paula) and Vickie Higginbotham (Ralph); grandchildren: Woody McCurry, Wendy McGowan, Christopher Brewer (Heather), Laura Robbins (Scott), Preston Brewer (Jordan), Kellie Goodwin, Brittany Brewer and Amber McCurry; and great grandchildren: Stormi McCurry, Charli Robbins, Levi Smith, Michael Winger, Ryan Booth, Isabella Brewer, Jareth McGowan, Jaxson Brewer, Eli Robbins, Isaish McCurry, Quentin McCurry, Reagan McCurry, Radiance Phillips, Chris Gable, Joshua Gable and Noah Gable; and siblings: Tiny Mary Underwood, Thomas Barnett and Lydia Honeycutt.

Joree was preceded in death by her husband: George Bryant; son: David Brewer; parents: Arrie and Stella Mae Rudd Barnett; and siblings: Bonnie McGrady, Ellen Sims, Jewel Hale, Archie Barnett, “Bootsie” Ronald Barnett.

A visitation for Joree will be held Saturday, May 13, 2023 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Pell City with a celebration of life funeral service to follow. An interment will occur Saturday, May 13, 2023 at Mt. Hebron Baptist Cemetery in Leeds.

During visitation, the family will provide refreshments before the funeral.
