There will be no prior calling hours. Friends and Family are invited to attend a Celebration of Josh’s Life on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at Noon at the Benton Fire Department in Benton, NY on Route 14A. A family graveside service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Joshua D. Josh was born in Geneva on March 21st, 1990 to Kelli Murphy and the late Andrew Henderson. He was a 2008 graduate of Marcus Whitman and 2010 graduate of SUNY Cobleskill. He was employed by Casella as a diesel mechanic. Josh was a member of Empire State Pullers, Western New York Pro Farm Pullers, and co-founder of Corrupted Diesel. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, snowmobiling, truck pulling and “making anything on wheels go faster”.

He is survived by his mother Kelli Murphy, BJ Jensen; brother Ryan Murphy; sister Elizabeth; grandmothers Kathryn Murphy (Bill Kays) and Margaret Henderson both of Penn Yan, several aunts and uncles; many cousins; special cousins Ashley (Murphy) & Mike Colizzi, Jason Henderson and special friend Jeff MacDonald and his loving companion, Kelly Pingrey and the Pingrey family. Josh was predeceased by his father Andrew Henderson; aunt Mary Ann Henderson; grandfathers, David Murphy and Richard Henderson; great-grandparents, Tom & Betty Murphy, Norman & Mary Hansen, Howard & Madeleine Henderson.
