Judith Ann Bostrom was born October 9th, 1949 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of the late Burton and Frances Bostrom. She was a graduate of Richfield High School Class of 1967 and Northwestern Hospital School of Nursing Class of 1971. Judy had a long and distinguished nursing career at Southdale-Fairview Hospital in Edina, Minnesota until her retirement in 2003. Survived by her husband of 34 years, Jeffrey A. Smith; her sons, James Burton age 31 and Donald Robert age 28; and her brother, John Bostrom of Richfield Minnesota.
Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Alzheimer’s Foundation. A memorial service will be held at a later date for the conveniences of her family and friends.
