Theresa Anne Hamlin

Theresa was born on March 9th, 1963, the daughter of the late Lloyd and Georgina Hamlin. She was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed the simple things in life. She had battled lung cancer since 2010. She is survived by her children, Shawn (Patti) Gottshall of Ovid, NY, Joshua (Jessica) Gottshall of Penn Yan, NY, Lacey Gottshall of Penn Yan, NY and Crystel Gottshall of Geneva, NY; grandchildren, Tyler, Evelyn and Jazzmine Gottshall.

Friends and family may gather and celebrate Theresa’s life from 4 to 6pm on Friday, June 5th, 2015 at the Townsend-Wood Funeral Chapel, 201 E. Elm St., Penn Yan, NY 14527. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her memory to the Humane of Yates County, 1216 Ste. Rte. 14A, PO Box 12, Penn Yan, NY 14527
