Adon Carnley, 74, went to be with his Savior on May 2, 2017. Adon was born in Pensacola, FL to Herman Carnley and Louise Seales Carnley. Adon attended Tate High School, then joined the United States Air Force. Upon completion of his service to his country, he worked different jobs until 1967, when he joined the Monsanto team. He retired after 30 years of service. He was a member of the Milton Bass Club, and he loved to hunt. He was preceded in death by his father Herman Carnley, mother Louise Carnley, and brother Ronnie Carnley. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Sharon Carnley; his children Adon Paul (Lisa) Carnley, Faith Carnley, Alyce Carnley, Doug (Bria) Carnley, Fred (Candace) Carnley, Hope Carnley, and one step son, Mark McCoy. He left two brothers Wayne (Robin) Carnley, Stanley (Susie) Carnley, and one sister Faye (Fred) Johnson. He had 12 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Adon Paul Carnley, Doug Carnley, Fred Carnley, Mark McCoy, Les George, and Aaron Allen. Visitation will be Friday, May 5, 2017 at Immanuel Baptist Church in Pace from 5-6 for family, and from 6-8 for friends and family. Services will be Saturday, May 6, 2017 at 10AM at Eastern Gate Memorial Gardens with Rev. Danny Brock officiating.
