Benjamin was preceded in death by his loving wife of 58 yrs, Claire Ganis. He leaves a son; Bruce Ganis, two daughters; Debra (Dennis) Winters, Carol (Billy) Stone, three grandchildren; John Winters, Melissa (Tim) Russo, Ben Stone and seven great-grandchildren; Madison, River, Brody, Jillian, Dexter, Kyle and Kayla, and many numerous family & friends.
Besides being the best husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, he loved his country. Benjamin served in the United States Navy for thirty years defending his country all over the world. He was a member of the FRA Branch 22, American Legion Post 240, AM Vets Post 292 and the Moose Lodge. Benjamin was an avid Gator Fan!!

Visitation Monday, April 27th 4-6:00 pm with Funeral Service Tuesday at 11:00 am at Oak Lawn Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Barrancas National Cemetery at 11:45 with Military Honors.
