Her other daughter, Diane, was also a constant source of love and support in her life. Charlene was also a beloved grandmother and great-grandmother, and she cherished spending time with her family.
Charlene was a faithful member of Northminster Presbyterian Church in Pensacola, FL, where she was affectionately known as the "cookie lady" for her delicious baked treats. She will be remembered for her kind heart, her love for her family, and her unwavering faith.
A private family service will be held to celebrate Charlene’s life in Pensacola, and then a funeral to celebrate both Earl and Charlene’s life at their final resting place in Illinois. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her memory to Alzheimer’s Association.
