Foster Jr,, Timothy Patrick Foster, and Michael Wayne Foster, and 2 daughters Stephanie Ann Lee and Elizabeth Ann Foster. She has 1 brother James Fredrick Rogan and 2 sisters Linda Fuller and Sandra Beach. She has 3 Grandchildren.
