She was preceded in death by her loving parents Warren and Cleola Vally, her brother Gary, and her long time partner James Scapin.
She was employed at the University of West Florida and retired after 32 years. Colleen was an avid billiards player, enjoyed going to the beach and especially loved listening to live music on Pensacola Beach.
She is survived by her brother Thomas Vally, her three sons and their wives, Andrew and Mia Lucas, Jonathan and Kristie Lucas, Timothy and Shelly Lucas, their sister Stephanie Lucas Jackson, and her grandchildren Alyssa Lucas, Amber Lucas, Andrew Lucas IV, Anna Lucas, Timothy Lucas II, and Stephen Lucas.
Colleen was truly a bright light and beautiful soul and will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
