

Daniel Nolan Bennett passed away October 24th, 2025 in Pensacola, Florida at the age of 55. Born February 24th, 1970 at Baptist Hospital in Pensacola, he was the second son of Charles Daniel Bennett and Mary Elizabeth Rice Bennett, both of Pensacola.
Dan grew up a Marine Corps dependent and spent his childhood years in numerous schools in different states, graduating from Havelock High School in Havelock, North Carolina in 1988. From 1989 to 1991, he served in the United States Army with the Second Infantry Division in South Korea. After his military service , Dan entered college at Pensacola Junior College and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from Florida State University in 1996.
He moved to Colorado in the late 1990s and began to work in the construction trade. His abilities and talent allowed him to progress to higher and higher levels of artisanship. He met his future wife Irina Peeva through a mutual friend in 2006. They married May 21, 2007. Their daughter Yana Elizabeth was born March 2009 while the couple was living in Metairie, Louisiana. The family moved to New York in 2010 where Dan's skills and high test scores enabled him to join the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers in 2012, where he eventually earned the rank of Journeyman.
A skilled craftsman, avid fisherman and outdoorsman, curious intellectual, devoted father, lifelong guitar player, and fiercely loyal family member and friend, Dan is survived by his daughter Yana, wife Irina, father Charles ( Dan), brother Jeffrey, niece Audrey, aunt Bonnie, uncles Mickey ( Nolan) and Tom, and too many cousins to fit this brochure! He was and will continue to be loved and adored.
