David Allen Doren

Mr. Doren was born December 14, 1931 in Perrysburg, Ohio to Glenn Edward Doren and Clara Henrietta Sterzel Doren. He has been a lifelong resident of the Pensacola area since the 1950’s and is of the Catholic Faith. Mr. Doran served in the U. S. Air Force during the Korean War and upon leaving the service he went to work for the Department of Defense. He was a member of the Pensacola Lions Club. Mr. Doran enjoyed working in his yard and spending time with his grandchildren. He was a patriot and loved his county.

Survivors include his sons, David Allen Mann (Rhonda) and Timothy Allen Doren; daughters, Sharron Lee Gantt and Shannon Doren Lutz (Bill); brother, Sam Doren (Shirley); grandchildren, Emily Mann, Austin Mann, Leslie Mann, Shaina Gafkjen, Summer Ward, Hayley Gantt, Bridgett Gantt, Heather Wood (Cass), Mandi Lutz, Billy Lutz, Britney Lutz, Luke Lutz, Ashlynn Lutz, Alaina Lutz, Jenna Lutz, Isaac Lutz and Allen Lutz; and nine great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 06, 2017 at Oak Lawn Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Bayview Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., Wednesday.
