Elizabeth Jones Eubanks

Elizabeth Jones Eubanks, known to her friends as Liz of Cantonment, FL passed away on Thursday, April 24, 2025 at the age of 86. She was born on October 21, 1938 in Evergreen, AL and moved to Cantonment in her teens.

Elizabeth was a devoted wife, mother and Granny, as she was known to her grandchildren. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them and doing things for them. Her favorite pastimes were sewing and shopping!

Elizabeth is preceded in death by her first husband, Richard Cary Jones, Jr., her mother and father, Donnie Mae and Willie Ernest Barlow; two brothers: Weaver Barlow and Kermit Barlow; and her daughter, Karan Smith.

Elizabeth is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Roy Eubanks; daughters: Cathy Morrison, Renee (Gary) Colon and Diane (Lee) Lawrence; 12 grandchildren: Joshua (Kay) Morrison, Catie (Trae) Goodwin, Samantha (Adam) Wisdom, Camille (Caleb) Whitfield, Caleb (Madison) Colon, Mandy Box, JR Terry, Beth Volz, Erin Howe, Ashley Davis and Michael Ardilla and 20 great, grandchildren.

The family would like to thank the many nurses and staff at Solaris Healthcare Center and Vitas Hospice Care for the care and compassion they showed our wife/mom/Granny over the last several months.

The graveside service will be at 10:00am at Bayview Memorial Park . Kenneth Campbell will officiate.
