Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 28, 2016, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel. Entombment will be held in the Chapel of Peace, Bayview Memorial Park.
Immediately following the entombment the family will be hosting a reception at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel Funeral Home.
Ward retired from the U.S. Government, in the Civil Services. Ward is proceeded by his Mother: Lelia Powell; His Brother: Wayne Powell; His Sister; Hazel Fleissner; His Twin Brother; “Poss” Powell; And His Son; Gary Powell.
Ward is survived by his wife, of Fifty-One years, Betty Powell; As well as his daughter; Debbie Powell of Pensacola, FL.
In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to: Spinal Cord Injuries Research.
Officiating the service will be Pastor Jim Powell.
