Cheryl and I were very saddened to hear the news about Gary. I always enjoyed our time together in Graceville at the Spring Hill Church. Heaven is better today because he is there.

My prayers tonight will be solely for each of you as you go through tomorrow and especially the next few days without Gary. I trust God to put his memory tucked quietly away in your heart where you can get to it with just a breath. You have my deepest condolences.

Gary was such a patient, calm-natured, generous man and there was never a doubt in my mind that he deeply and dearly loved each and every one of his children/grandchildren.  Heaven has gained a treasure!  Prayers for the whole family!

Mary Dell,  another son has joined their Dad.  I know that you will miss Gary as you do Howard and David.  Psalm 23 reassures us that when we walk through the valley of the shadow of death, we fear no evil.  Disease is an evil but we need not fear it.  Christ is our Salvation and Gary is now free of his physical illnesses.  You and Rose Mary are loved and remembered by the Pennington family.

Their are a lots of things that I remember about Gary but the one thing I will always remember is his smile.  Every time I saw him he was smiling, and then he might just have to tell a joke or two.  My prayers are with all of our family.  Love and miss you so.
