Not a day goes by that I do miss you.. You are in my heart always. MISS YOU SO VERY MUCH

When my time comes, I hope I am remembered with the love and smiles that I feel when I think of Uncle Lamar.  He had a bigger impact on my life than I suspect he knew, and I will always be grateful for that.  He is surely missed!

When I think of my Uncle Lamar I'm reminded of fishing, laughter and ice cold Pepsi Cola!  He loved to remind me of a certain fishing adventure when I, in my enthusiasm for having a small fish on my line at the end of a cane pole, jerked the poor thing up with all my strength, sending it sailing through the air and onto his head!!  I will never forget your joyful laugh Uncle Lamar!  Lots of love to all of you.

Oh, how I will miss my Uncle Lamar! As a child I loved going to his house because "I could have ALL the Pepsi I wanted!" As an adult, I will miss his tight hugs (squeeze the breath right out of you!), big kisses, and hearing him say, "Hey baby, gimme some shugga"!  I see his big smile as I type this, and will always remember him that way.  Cherishing wonderful memories!
