

Mr. Callihan was born on January 9, 1974, in Montclair, NJ to the late Andrew Jackson Callihan and Ruth Ann Caldwell.
After completing his education from Sequoyah High School in Doraville, GA he served in the US Army. Upon completion of his service, he settled in North Georgia for several years until he met his wife Vicki and enjoyed settling down in Pensacola, FL where he loved his beach life.
Jim spent his career in the housing industry and loved all aspects of building or repairing a home for a family to live in. He loved his peaceful time at the beach with his wife, enjoyed cooking, and loved to hunt for good Bourbon.
Survivors include his wife, Vicki Chirpe Callihan of Pensacola, FL; stepsons, Brent Gray of Morganton, GA; Ryan Coward of Pensacola, FL; Jonathan Coward of Pace, FL; grandson Jak Coward of Pensacola, FL; mother and stepfather, Ruth and Bob Caldwell of Dacula, GA; father and mother in law, Roger and Barbara Chirpe of Milton, FL; sister, Nancy Thompson of Dawsonville, GA; brother in law and sister Keith and Andrea Lankford of Braselton; GA; stepsister Glynis Young of Ball Ground, GA; brother and sister in law Dave and Pam Mooney of Canton, MS; nephews and nieces, Nick Lankford of Danielsville, GA; Chase Lankford of Lexington, GA; Dylan and Shayley Thompson of Dawsonville, GA; Megan Young of Ball Ground, GA; and great niece Layla Young of Ball Ground, GA. And numerous extended family members and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, September 19 at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel & Memorial Park, 3351 Scenic Hwy; Pensacola, FL
A second Celebration of Life on will be Thursday, September 22, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Hamilton Mill United Methodist Church in Dacula, GA.
