Janice Kay Baxter, 69, of Pensacola, died Tuesday, June 19, 2012.
Janice was born February 19, 1943 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Ralph McCook Harper and Catherine Bernice Collins Harper.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry M. Baxter; sons, Jeffrey Collins-Harper and Mike Baxter; one grandson and many cousins, aunts and uncles of the Collins family.
A private family service will be held.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her name to the ASPCA.
