Mrs. Chuites was born June 10, 1920 in Pensacola, Florida to Earnest W. Thompson and Mary Blackman Thompson. She employed as a secretary at Gulf Power Company for fifteen years.
Mrs. Chuites was preceded in death by her husband, Horace L. Chuites.
Survivors include her son, Jack Chuites; daughters, Marilyn J. Jennette and Gail L. Knight; five grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, February 11, 2017 at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel with Mr. Arnold Anderson officiating. Interment will follow at Bayview Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m., Saturday at the funeral home.
