Kenneth Wayne Shelby, 75, passed away in Gulf Shores, Alabama on December 14, 2020. Ken was born in Pensacola, where he met his wife of 55 years, Joy Clark.
He leaves behind his wife, his son Steven, daughter-in-law Michelle and three grandsons: Tristan and Brandon Shelby and Christian Mauldwin. Kenneth is also survived by his brother, Jarold Shelby and sister, Barbara Kondroski.
Ken graduated from Escambia High School in 1963. He worked several jobs and went to work for Alston Electric in 1970, where he worked in sales for over 30 years. In his leisure time, Ken enjoyed fishing, bowling, shooting pool and was very skilled at all of them. He also loved his CB radio.
Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family on Friday, December 18, 2020 at Eastern Gate Memorial Funeral Home from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., immediately followed by a service.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Eastern Gate Memorial Funeral Home.
