Linda Louise LaCoste, age 77, of Pensacola, Florida passed away on Sunday, March 9, 2025. She was born in Century, Florida and mostly grew up there with the exception of a few years in California before moving back to Century where she met her high-school sweetheart Ronnie Wayne LaCoste. Together they had four children. Linda was a well-known waitress/server in the area. She loved Jesus, her husband and family. She enjoyed hugging on her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She dearly loved her brothers and sisters as well. Just as she loved all her nephews and nieces and friends. She was a lifelong member of Smyrna Baptist Church. Her favorite past times was to work in the yard and planting flowers.
Linda is preceded in death with her husband, son Duane Anthony LaCoste, her parents and many of brothers and sisters. She is survived by her, daughter, Anissa LaCoste and her children, Daniel Stone and Ronnie Graham; son, Bryan LaCoste; daughter, Sherry LaCoste and her son, Jacob Aeppli; daughter-in-law, Angela Pate LaCoste and her children, Destin LaCoste, Ashley LaCoste Hale (Nelson), Jesse LaCoste, Cheyenne LaCoste Banks (Matthew), Cody LaCoste (Skye) and Ashton LaCoste; her brother, Melvin Stafford; sister, Auzie "Kitty" Goodrich; and many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Linda will be held Saturday, March 15, 2025 from 12:00 PM at Smyrna Baptist Church, 7000 Pensacola Blvd, Pensacola, FL, with a funeral service at 1:00 PM. A committal service will occur at Bayview Memorial Park, 3351 Scenic Highway, Pensacola, FL, immediately following the church service.
