Marilyn I. Sanders

Marilyn Irene Sanders, 84 of Pensacola passed away peacefully at her home with loving family at her side on Saturday, December 6th, 2014. Born in New Orleans, LA in 1930, Marilyn lived most of her life in Pensacola where she was a graduate of Pensacola Catholic High, a Business Manager and Secretary for Suburban Gas Co Inc. Marilyn was predeceased by her husband of 60 years; James H. Sanders, parents; Gertrude & Ralph Boutwell, and son-in-law; Patrick Cutts. She is survived by son; Lamar E. (Marilyn E) Sanders, 3 daughters; Margaret ‘Elaine’ (Randy) Burdine, Judy L. Cutts, Linda M. (Doyce) Spears, 12 Grandchildren, 15 Great-Grandchildren, and many loving extended family members & friends. She was a loving and devoted Wife, Mother, Grandmother & Great-Grand Mother with a special place in her heart for her ever faithful puppy companions; Sassy & Rascal.

The family offers a special ‘Thank You’ for the Covenant Hospice Team for their warm and tender care of Marilyn. As she was a devoted lifelong member of St. Johns Catholic Church, in lieu of flowers please makes donations to St. Johns Catholic School or Church, 303 S Navy Blvd, Pensacola FL. 32507.

Funeral Mass to be held Wednesday, December 10th @ 11:00 AM @ St. Johns Catholic Church , 303 S Navy Blvd, Pensacola FL. 32507.

Burial to follow @ St. Johns Catholic Cemetery S. Old Corry Field Road.
