

Born in Pensacola Florida, she was the daughter of Thomas M. Jolly Sr. and Agnes L. Palmer. She attended Sacred Heart Catholic School, St John’s Catholic School and Catholic High School. She then attended Pensacola Junior College and graduated with a degree on 30 April 1971. She then moved to San Diego California with her family. After returning to Pensacola in 1981 she began classes at Troy State University. It would take her a decade to receive her Bachelor’s degree while working and raising a family. She was later hired by the Defense Accounting and Services Agency, Pensacola Naval Air Station, where she retired after 30 years of dedicated service as an Area Supervisor Financial Systems Analyst.
She was an active member of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church and a member of the North West Florida Catholic Women’s Group for many years. She enjoyed cooking, dancing, gardening, reading, crossword puzzles, Bingo, Bunco, but most of all being with family. She was fun loving, hard working lady who helped those in need…no questions asked.
She is survived by her son Terrence Barker, Jr. and grandson Michael B. Barker and great-granddaughter Avery Barker, grandson David M. Duncan and granddaughter Rebecca N. Barker and her grandson Nicholas E. West.
She was predeceased by her daughter Erin Harigel and granddaughter Halley Harigel and her son Landon E. West.
Memorial donations/in lieu of flowers may be made to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northwest Florida, Inc., 5200 Bayou Blvd, Pensacola, FL 32503, and any local organizations, of your choice, for feeding the homeless.
A visitation will be held on February 13, 2026, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, located at 10650 Gulf Beach Hwy, Pensacola, FL 32507, United States.
The funeral service will follow at 12:30 pm at the same location.
