Ollie Oradean Allen

her spouse Gerald Allen, her children; Tammy Garner, Patsy Rollins (Pat), Genevieve Rivas (Angel), Britian

Lowe (Justin), Tina and Tiffany Frye. Dean is Preceded in death by her two sons, Jeremy and Robert Frye,

her parents Cora Lee (Salter) Boutwell, Jack Boutwell, Ollie Woodall and brother, Melvin Woodall. Dean

leaves behind two loving brothers Butch Boutwell (Leslie) and Jack Boutwell (Trish). Grandchildren:

Sharon, Savana, Justin, Angelina ( Philip), Liliana, Rocky, CoraLee Travis and Trevor. Great grandchildren:

Madison, Hadleigh, Casen, Reese and Delilah Jean. Dean spent her entire adult life loving and raising

children including those of others. She was an RN for many years in ICN followed by many more years of

being a medical foster mother. She had a very giving heart and her soul has always belonged to God. A

woman of great strength and courage. She will be deeply missed by all. There’s a large hole at the head of

the table now, but we will see her again one day.
