Phil is survived by his wife of over 29 years, Irina Selkova; his daughter Aimee Wilson; and two nieces, Brenda Wilson Winfree and Karen Mosby.
Phil was a devoted husband to Irina and a loving father to Aimee. He was known for his kindness, gentle nature, and the positive impact he had on people throughout his life wherever his travels took him. Work was a significant part of Phil's life; he was a dedicated and passionate professional who found immense fulfillment in his career, excelling at building strong relationships with both customers and vendors. He also enjoyed staying informed about current events, both locally and nationally.
