Sylvia Ann Whitley Story, 74, of Pensacola, Florida, beloved wife, mother, sister, daughter, friend, and nurse, went to be with her Lord and Savior, January 05, 2015. Motherhood was her utmost passion and joy. Sylvia raised her 3 girls in a home that was full of laughter, kindness, energy and love. She had a fondness of music, singing, dancing and theatre that made for a fun and happy home. She loved and appreciated beautiful and vibrant things in life. Sylvia’s quick wit, awesome sense of humor and love of learning made for quite amusing and entertaining times. Her children and grandchildren alike were always fascinated by her storytelling, no one could tell a story like Sylvia! She was an excellent writer with a vivid imagination and was quite hilarious even as a little girl. She loved participating and always wanted to be a part of everything. She never had to be the star of the show; she was content making sure that her children, grandchildren and family were fulfilled. Being a mother was indeed her greatest joy! Sophistication, integrity and devotion were her essence .
