Doug is survived by his children, Heather (Bill) Weston, Brooke (Buddy) Hibbard and Jaden Hogan. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Vivienne and Von, his sister, Angela (Jimmy) Owens, and his best friend, Danny Forrer.
Doug was preceded in death by his parents, Patricia Moore Hogan and William (“Bill”) K. Hogan, Sr., and granddaughter, Vera.
A private ceremony will be held. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made to the charity of your choice in Doug’s memory.
