Allen Keith Wilburn, 55, of Peoria passed away at OSF St. Francis Medical Center on Wednesday, August 3rd, 2016. He was the son of Gilbert & Ruth Ann (Franks) Wilburn and was born in Peoria IL. on December 6, 1961. Allen was a packager working through the Community Workshop & Training Center. He is survived by 2 brothers, Floyd of Peoria and Bryan (Helena) Wilburn of West Virginia; one sister, Ladonna Bohm of Chesapeake, Virginia. He was preceded by his parents. Cremation rites have been accorded. A memorial service will be held at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at 3 p.m. Pastor Joey Watt from El Vista Baptist Church will officiate.
