

On May 13, 1951, Carolyn celebrated her 28th birthday by marrying the love of her life & World War II pen pal, Robert Gnepper. The two started their family & shared many beautiful years together,
Carolyn will be remembered for her warm spirit, generous heart, & the joy she found in life’s simple pleasures. She had a deep love for sewing, often creating thoughtful, handmade pieces that she shared with family and friends. Shopping outings, whether for treasures or just for fun, & she cherished the time spent exploring new places through her travels.
A devoted volunteer, Carolyn gave her time and energy to her church, where her kindness & willingness to help touched many lives. She found fulfillment in serving others & building connections within her community. A true social butterfly at heart, Caroyln never knew a stranger & found comfort in her Starbucks coffee & good conversation with anyone around her.
Carolyn is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Gnepper (Ken Miller), as well as several cherished nieces and nephews.
She is proceeded by her parents, Rudolph & Anna as well as her beloved husband Robert.
Carolyn’s legacy is one of compassion, creativity, & quiet generosity. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday May 7th at 11:00 am with visitation one hour prior at Davison Fulton Woodland Chapel.
