Eric Daniel Baker

He is survived by his daughters, Danielle (Ryne), Andrea (Ingrid), and Amber (Tyler); five grandchildren, Logan, Ava, Olivia, Paisley, and Payton; his mother, Jennie; his sister, Traci(Aaron); his niece, Alyssa; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Terry; his paternal aunt, Dixie; his paternal grandmother, Erma; and the love of his life, Sheila.

Eric will be remembered as a devoted father and grandfather. His grandchildren were the joy of his life, and his love for them was boundless. A lifelong, die-hard Chicago Bears fan, he carried his team spirit proudly. Eric’s warm and easygoing personality made him a friend to everyone he met.

He enjoyed listening to music of all kinds while grilling out at every opportunity. He was especially known for making the most incredible steak. Eric’s calm and kind nature, paired with his ability to light up any room, will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A visitation for Eric will be held Sunday, September 21, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel, followed by a memorial service at 4:00 PM.

The family requests that guests come in their Chicago Bears attire or colors.
