I often remember the good times we had together with his sister. We always enjoyed our times with each other and had so much fun working and planning on his election at Pekin community high school remembering you, Harold, your sister and your parents, Karen Berardi Fisher.

Worked with Harold at state. He was always very thoughtful and a nice fella. His cube was next to mine and he always had a story to tell.

I met Harold at Washington Junior High School. He was always friendly and fun. Being in the PCHS class of ‘63, it was always good to catch up at each class reunion. Rest In Peace, Harold.

We grew up together in the same neighborhood.  Lots of Tot Lot memories. Harold was a good guy and took excellent care of his sister and mother.
