Hubert was born June 8, 1936 in Parkin, Arkansas, the son of John & Arizona Giddens Collins. He married Rosalie Walker who preceded him in death.
He is survived by three sons, Tommy (Lisa) Walker of Tremont, Ricky Collins of Nebraska, and Gary Collins of Colorado; four brothers, James Collins of Bald Knob, Arkansas, Desmal Collins of Upland CA, Daniel (Winnie) Collins of Indio, CA, and Doyle (Connie) Collins of Peoria; two sisters, Pauline Miller of Morton, and Norma Montgomery of Peoria; six grandchildren.
Hubert was also preceded in death by his parents, one brother, John Collins, and one sister Gladys Harper.
Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday August 16, 2013 at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel. Pastor Jack Thompson will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to services.
Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery.
