Judith Ann Patterson

Judy was born on March 27, 1941, to Charles E. and Gertrude M. (Rushman) Mason. She married Robert Louis Patterson on January 9, 1960 at University United Methodist Church in Peoria.

She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Bob of Dunlap; daughters Lori (David) Wendland, Lisa (Gregory) Abbott of Dunlap; 4 grandchildren, Jason, Kelli, and Kyle Wendland and Ryan (Molly) Abbott; three great-grandchildren, Annie, Ella, and Paige Abbott; brother, Charles G. (Cat) Mason of Chillicothe; and step-sisters, Margaret Buss and Darlene (Roger) Campbell of East Peoria.

She was preceded in death by her parents and step-father, Edward O'Connor.

Judy graduated from Manual High School in 1959. She retired from the University of Illinois, College of Medicine at Peoria to take care of her three new grandbabies. Taking care of her family was her greatest joy.

Cremation rites have been accorded. Graveside services will be in Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria at a later date. Davison-Fulton Woolsey-Wilton Funeral Home in Peoria is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be made to St Jude Midwest Affiliate or the Shriners Hospital for Children.
