Marjorie J. Harrison

She was born Sep. 20, 1922 in Cambridge, Ohio to Frank R. and Sadie Belle (Tyson) McFarland. She married David W. Harrison May 3, 1946 in Cambridge. He passed away Oct. 4, 1987 in Peoria. She was also preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.

Survivors include three children: Tom (Pam) Harrison of Brimfield, Linda Harrison of Decatur, Ted (Lisa) Harrison of Marquette Heights, four grandchildren: Jennelle (Jason) Thimmesch of LaFarge, Wisconsin, Andrew (Michelle) Harrison of Peoria, Kyle and Michael Harrison of Marquette Heights, and three great-grandchildren: Myra, Isaac, and Nanka Thimmesch all of LaFarge.

Marjorie worked during the 1970’s at Retail Credit and later at Caterpillar, Inc. in bookkeeping until her retirement in the mid 1980’s.

She was a very active member and Deacon at United Presbyterian Church in Peoria.

Funeral services will be Thursday Dec. 16, 2010 at 10 a.m. at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria. Rev. Dr. Randy Saxon will officiate. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Princeville Township Cemetery.
