He married Joyce F. Bosch on February 17, 1977. She preceded him in death on May 12, 2013.
He was also preceded in death by his parents and brother, Ed Hopwood.
Ron is survived by his daughter, Shanon (fiancée Jeff Rosen) Bosch of Metamora; son, Ron (Erin) Bosch of Metamora; grandson, Cruz Rosen; and brother, Ric Bosch of Brimfield.
Ron retired from JA Fritch & Sons where he was a Union sheet metal worker for Local #1 for 50 years.
When he wasn’t working, he enjoyed fishing, watching the Cardinal’s, the Bear’s and Nascar. He loved to spend time with his grandson, Cruz. He is a U.S. Army Veteran.
Per his wishes cremation rites have been accorded. Private family services will be held.
Inurnment will be in Parkview Cemetery.
